The President in office is Mr. Konrad Senoner and the members of the board of directors are Mrs. Claudia Insam and Mr. Ewald Moroder.

The Company “Società Park Urtijëi S.r.l.” has the Municipality of Urtijëi as its sole shareholder; the purpose of the company is the management of three facilities, namely: the indoor garage “Garage Central”, the tennis facility located in Runggaditsch/Roncadizza and the “Setil” parking area for cars and buses located in Überwasser/Oltretorrente.

More specifically, the “Garage Central” is owned by the Municipality of Urtijëi and is leased to the “Park Urtijëi” Company, which deals with the general and staff management, maintenance work and execution of the necessary investments. Among the investments that have already been made so far: all the old lamps have been replaced with new lamps with LED technology, the entire garage has been whitewashed and a digital display showing the free spaces available has been installed at the entrance.

In addition, the payment system has been automated and now offers the possibility of paying directly by credit card; all you have to do is just swipe your credit card on the device to open the barrier at the entrance and then swipe your card again directly at the exit. The parking price is automatically deducted from the payment card and there is no longer any need to go to the cash desk to pay.

The new video surveillance system is also very important, as it allows better control over what happens inside the building and greater security inside the garage. More than 60,000 vehicles use the “Central Garage” annually with two employees in charge of its management.

To meet the residents’ needs, it is possible to make use of the "Happy Hour Card", which allows you to park for 90 minutes for free. This initiative is aimed at encouraging the locals to make greater use of the garage.

The tennis facility in Roncadizza is owned by “Park Urtijëi” and is leased to the “Ortisei Tennis Club”, which is responsible for its management. High-level tennis tournaments are regularly held in the facility and it is possible to play tennis and take individual courses with a teacher. The same building also includes a weightlifting gym, a physiotherapy surgery and an indoor climbing gym, where the members of the Val Gardena sport climbing association carry out their activities. Outside the building there are more tennis courts, a volleyball court and a padel court.

This facility also underwent various improvements such as the installation of an automated entrance door and the replacement of various windows.

The next major investment will be the replacement of the building roof, now well advanced in years, and it is also necessary to keep everything up to the current standard so that it can host sporting and cultural events in the future such as UNIKA and tennis tournaments, as well as ensuring safety to all the facility users.

The “Setil” parking area for cars and buses is owned by the Urtijëi Tourist Association while its surface rights are held by the Municipality of Urtijëi. In the summer period, when over 10,000 cars and 1,000 buses are parked in it, the management of the car park is entrusted to “Park Urtijëi”. In the winter season, the management of the car park is entrusted to the “Hockey Club Gardena”, which, together with the Municipality of Urtijëi, sets up the ice skating rink, where it is possible to skate and play hockey. For this facility too, “Park Urtijëi” deals with the maintenance. The municipal administration is currently studying solutions to better exploit the space and improve the whole facility.

As can be seen, there are three facilities that offer an exceptional service both to the residents and tourists. The Board of Directors of “Park Urtijëi”, with the support of the Municipality of Urtijëi, is committed on a daily basis to diligent and efficient management in order to offer the best possible service to all citizens.
